All products carry a 90 day warranty against manufacturing defects. No warranty provided on the plastic bag used to ship the cooling vest.
Warranty does not cover misuse or incorrect use of our products.
Unactivated goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt. A 20% restocking charge will apply to all refunds. Postage will not be refunded.
Items that have been activated ie put in water will not be refunded unless defective.
