Shipping, Warranty, Returns

Cancellations, Returns, and Warranty Terms and Conditions:

arcticheatusa.com will accept and replace or credit refunds for any products purchased from the online store under the following conditions:

Cancellations: (up to 24 hours)

Orders from the arcticheatusa.com website can be cancelled with full refund or reimbursement credited to the account responsible for payment if the product has not left our distribution center.

Returns: (up to 14 days)

arcticheatusa.com will accept returns from the arcticheatusa.com website for up
to 14 days from the date of purchase if the products are; unused, unaltered, and are shipped back in the same state or form as they were delivered.
Items that have been activated ie put in water will not be refunded unless defective.
For health reasons we cannot accept merchandise that has been worn.
A refund for the amount of the purchase less 25% for shipping/restocking fees will be credited to the account responsible for payment.
Proof of purchase will need to be established by providing the order number.
Please email us before returning your product. All orders need a return authorization number.

Exchange for a different size: (up to 7 days)

arcticheatusa.com will accept cooling vest returns from the website for up to 7 days from the date of purchase, to allow customers to exchange for a different size.
Returns are not available on any special orders, custom orders.
A maximum exchange of 2 cooling vests per order will be allowed.
To arrange an exchange please email us to ensure the required size is available.
The original cooling vest must be returned in the identical condition that it was received in, it must not have been used, worn or activated in water.
The customer must also include a prepaid and addressed postal bag, a copy of the original invoice and a note advising of the change in size required. Once the original order is returned, the new item will sent back to the customer in the prepaid postal bag provided.

Product Warranty: (up to 60 days)

Upon inspection by arcticheatusa.com , any product that bears a manufacturer defect (within 60 days of purchase) which alters the use of the product or its
efficiency may be exchanged for an identical item.
Warranty does not cover misuse or incorrect use of our products.
No warranty provided on the plastic bag used to ship the cooling vest.
If the item is no longer in stock or available, arcticheatusa.com will exchange the item for a gift certificate equal to the value of purchase.

Shipping:

Orders placed via the arcticheatusa.com online store typically ship within 72 hours, unless marked out of stock.
Orders are normally shipped using USPS Priority service or International post. Delivery times are normally 3-10 days from postage.
Please refer to the available shipping options when placing your order.
We take no responsibility for any damage that might occur during transit.
International orders are shipped USPS International Express.

International Shipping:

International Customers will be responsible for any/all Customs Fees, Duty, VAT and taxes imposed by their Government on incoming International
Shipments.
International shipping delivery times can occasionally vary based on the handling time of the Customs Officials in the Buyers Country
