Refund policy
RETURNS — 14 days from delivery
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Not activated in water
- In its original packaging with tags
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Refund amount: Purchase price less 25% for shipping and restocking fees.
Non-returnable items: Sale items, worn items, or items activated in water cannot be returned unless defective.
EXCHANGES — within 7 days
To exchange for a different size, items must be unworn and unactivated. Include a prepaid return postal bag, copy of your original invoice, and a note advising the size required. Once received we will send the new size in your prepaid bag. Maximum 2 exchanges per order.
Alternatively — return your item and once accepted make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

DAMAGES AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
WARRANTY — 60 days
Any product bearing a manufacturer defect within 60 days of purchase may be exchanged for an identical item. Warranty does not cover misuse or incorrect use of products. No warranty on plastic shipping bags. If the item is no longer available we will issue a gift certificate equal to the purchase value.
CANCELLATIONS — within 24 hours
Orders can be cancelled with a full refund if the product has not yet left our distribution center. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at admin@arcticheatusa.com
